Juan Gomez is an esteemed Owner and Project Manager of our company, bringing over 28 years of extensive experience in shipfitting and welding supervision. His career is marked by a proven track record of managing profitable new construction, conversion, and ship repair projects, consistently delivering them on time and within budget.

Juan’s expertise and experience encompasses a wide range of significant naval projects. While working in his previous role as a Project Manager for Técnico Corporation, he was instrumental in the supervision and production engineering of structural components for Lockheed Martin’s Littoral Combat Ship contract, a multi-year, multi-ship initiative. His leadership was pivotal, as well, in the new construction of the deckhouses for USS America (LHA-6) and USS Tripoli (LHA-7), overseeing the creation of 21 aluminum modules each, in addition to 31 carbon steel modules for the USS Arlington (LPD-24).

Juan’s extensive experience and leadership in shipbuilding and repair has not only driven the success of numerous high-profile projects, but has also prepared him for his role our company as a trusted leader in the industry. Brett Harrison

Owner / Welding Manager

With 15 years of experience in the welding industry, Brett Harrison is a highly skilled and dedicated Welding Superintendent. His extensive expertise spans across various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, FCAW, Stick, mirror welding, open root, and the use of ceramic backing tape. This broad knowledge base allows him to tackle complex projects and deliver high-quality results consistently. His expertise in non-destructive testing methods, including X-Ray and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), ensures that all welds meet the highest standards of safety and reliability.
